The times depend on which Warehouse your product is in, it is very important to look at the time of purchase on the date provided by the website to know when you will receive your order.
In the event that for any reason you cannot be at home, you can always select delivery at a post office near your address at the time of purchase.
Post Office Delivery
With this modality you select in which office of the more than 2000 that there are in all of Spain you want to receive the order, in this way it is not necessary for you to be at home waiting for the courier.
Keep in mind that for this modality the delivery time indicated in the product file will not be valid, since these shipments have a delay of 24-48 hours compared to urgent delivery.
International deliveries

Keep in mind that with the price you pay for international shipping you have included:
- Including the full shipping costs of the order
- Including Customs expenses for exports in Spain and Management expenses in case of being outside the European Economic Area
- Including insurance in case it is lost or damaged.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COST (ONLY FOR OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA):
- The taxes of each country, these taxes may be requested by the customs corresponding to the country of destination, we cannot know the destination expenses of all countries. RETURNS
15 days for free return or exchange
At Calzados L'Alqueria, you have 15 days to change or return your order at no cost. If the returned products are new, unused and in their original packaging without damage, we will refund the money when the product is back in our warehouse and we validate it.
Do you decide not to keep the shoes? Nothing happens, we will take care of the return cost! You can send us the items for free, you just have to register your return from our website. (Except for the €1 second unit promotion, where the return is the responsibility of the customer).
Return costs and/or product changes for orders from the Canary Islands and outside the European economic area will be borne by the buyer. That you must send the products to our warehouse located at: Calle Mestre Serrano 25 Bajo Derecha, 46120 Alboraya (Valencia) Spain.
